pectin powder
spices such as cinnamon or cloves
if you like
Istruzioni
Combine orange juice and pectin in a pot, leaving enough room for the liquid to boil.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, then add the sugar and return to a boil while stirring.
Stir in spices if you want to use them.
Pour the liquid into a pan covered in waxed paper or in candy molds, and let set for a couple of hours or overnight.
Remove the jelly from molds or turn out of pan and cut, while sprinkling generously with sugar.
